When people think of Da Nang, beautiful beaches and local Vietnamese food usually come to mind. However, the city is also home to an increasing number of stylish restaurants. This time, I visited Pink Salt, a restaurant with an atmosphere that feels almost like stepping into Europe. I had heard their lamb chops were exceptional, so I decided to give them a try.

Pink Salt is located about 10 minutes by car from the My Khe Beach area. Since it’s slightly away from the busy tourist center, the restaurant offers a quieter and more relaxing dining experience—perfect for escaping the crowds and enjoying a peaceful evening.

As the name suggests, the restaurant’s exterior features soft pink tones that immediately catch your attention. At night, the building is beautifully illuminated, creating an even more romantic atmosphere than during the day. It’s the kind of stylish place that naturally makes you stop and take a second look while walking by.
Interior
Inside, the restaurant has a calm and modern design. The wooden interior paired with soft lighting creates a warm and comfortable ambiance. The tables are spaced generously apart, making it ideal for dates or special occasion dinners. There’s also a wine cellar in the back, which wine lovers will definitely appreciate.
Food
Of course, the highlight of the evening was the lamb chops.
From the very first bite, I was impressed by how mild and refined the flavor was. The strong gamey taste often associated with lamb was barely noticeable, while the rich umami flavor spread beautifully across the palate. The outside was perfectly seared and fragrant, while the inside remained tender and juicy—clearly showcasing the chef’s skill.
The grilled vegetables served on the side were equally delicious, bringing out their natural sweetness and pairing wonderfully with the lamb. The combination was so satisfying that I couldn’t resist ordering another glass of wine.
