Whenever that happens, one of the places I rely on is MARUTEN SUSHI-SOBA. Food
This time, I ordered the Tempura Soba.
The crispy shrimp tempura and seasonal vegetable tempura immediately looked appetizing the moment the bowl arrived. Paired with the warm, flavorful dashi broth, the dish felt incredibly comforting from the very first bite.
The soba noodles had just the right texture and firmness, surprisingly close to what you would expect in Japan. For a moment, I genuinely forgot I was eating in Da Nang.
After a long workday, this kind of meal feels deeply relaxing — the sort of comforting Japanese food that refreshes both body and mind.
