Alongside fresh seafood, you’ll find a wide range of Western-style steakhouses. This time, I visited the popular Butcher Steak to try their signature Surf & Turf.

Location

Butcher Steak is located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center of Da Nang, making it easily accessible for tourists. The surrounding area is filled with cafes and restaurants, making it a great spot for a stroll after your meal.

Exterior

The exterior features a bold yet simple design with a black and red color scheme. The large “BUTCHER” sign immediately catches your eye, giving off a strong steakhouse vibe. At night, the building is beautifully lit, creating an even more stylish atmosphere.

Interior

Inside, the restaurant offers a calm and modern setting. Wooden tables and soft lighting create a cozy ambiance, making it perfect for dates or dining with friends. It’s also welcoming enough for solo diners.

I ordered their popular Surf & Turf, a luxurious combination of juicy steak and succulent shrimp on one plate.

The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, delivering rich, savory flavors with every bite. The shrimp were grilled to a fragrant finish, pairing wonderfully with the rich BBQ sauce. As for portion size, this single dish was more than satisfying for one person.

Final thoughts

If you’re looking to enjoy both meat and seafood in Da Nang, the Surf & Turf at Butcher Steak is an excellent choice. It’s a great place to stop by during your trip when you’re in the mood for something a bit indulgent.
